Our conference rooms have different capacities and adapt to required regulations regarding social distancing. Additionally, we can arrange coffee breaks or lunch, depending on the type of your event, the budget and the number of people attending. Our offers are tailor-made and adapted to your requirements.

We offer full services for the events we host and we are aware of the importance of coffee breaks as they represent an opportunity for networking and relaxing between working sessions.

We are flexible when it comes to budget or special requests. For example, we pay a lot of attention to special menus, to people with dietary restrictions or vegetarians persons. We can host coffee breaks and lunch in our restaurant or on the hotel terrace when the weather allows it.



We customise our menus depending on your requests, by taking into consideration your guests preferences and the company’s preferences.


During hot summer days coffee breaks and finger food snacks can be served on the hotel’s terrace. This can accommodate 20 people but can be extended to 30 people.


Our coffee break menus are designed for any time of the day, thus we can offer you “Welcome Coffee”, “Morning Coffee Break” or “Afternoon Coffee Break”. Coffee breaks are organised as a buffet. The lunch menu comprises both traditional and international dishes, including hot food as well as finger food served as a buffet or as a set menu.

Our four conference rooms, with capacities between 20 and 140 people, recommend us for organising any type of business event, ranging from close reunions, seminars or workshops to conferences and symposiums.

Depending on the type of event, its length and the number of participants, we customise our offers and we can include complementary services as organising business lunches or dinners, catering or coffee breaks.

For events with a large number of guests we can provide the largest conference room in the city centre. It has a capacity of up to 140 people.
